I'm going to put together Identity Cards for all the British players. It will give us something to do at the start of the game and be some admin for Craig as well as be a memento of the game.
David, any chance you can mock up some slighty poorer quality ID for the escapees. It would be nice if I could hand these out to them at the event.
In real terms they won't work, mainly because I doubt airsofters will suspend their disbelief enough to ignore the booking list!
Yes, I'll do something bogified for the german side - do encourage them to make their own papers though as it will be a bit rubbish if they do nothing and all purport to be UK citizens!
Don't forget, the arbiter of who is or isn't an escapee is me - the players can have some fun challenging and arresting but it will be me putting them back into the game (or not, depending on how things are going).

Yes, a month before sounds good to me. April will be the crunch month for this one, if we don't get enough bookings by the end of April, I think we're wasting our time.

If you want the best of both worlds then why not allow payment in two installments. One now of say £15 or £20 and one before 15th May (or maybe later) of the remainder. I know I am a bit loathe to pay the full £45 right now, I'm looking at a £240 bill for root canal this week, a new pair of specs (or three) and all sorts of other stuff... and I'm one of the guys with a fair amount of money available.
